i've forgotten how to love back

I was wondering..

"Why do I find it so hard to forget someone when there are a lot of people who are willing to love me even more than I can love myself?"


then I figured...

"Maybe my heart just got used to loving that one person so much that it forgotten how to love others back.."

Too bad i asked for more when

all I can have is a friend..


Too bad I gave my heart when

all that was needed was my hand..

Too bad I fell for someone I can never have..


Someone who is willing to give me all...

If we contemplate on the past for too long,

we pass up the chance to change and grow..

whether we like it or not,

it takes extra effort to accommodate changes in our lives..

we have to make choices..

I failed to understand a few things..

I even, at times,

close my mind from matters I never want to face..

I get depressed..

I mess out when I can't manage everything coming by..

I cry when I can't help myself anymore..

I mourn..

I become sad..

I try to transform my emotions into something else, just to forget..

I lie..

I make mistakes..

I get jealous and upset..

I feel down like a toy being dumped..

I get hurt....

but I still choose to exist just because..

I LOVE.

It’s true that love can wait forever

but it is crazy to stubbornly hope for someone who

doesn’t even care or understand how we feel.

Love makes us see things through rose-colored glasses.

Most of the time,

we fail to recognize the danger sign that light up along our way.

This feeling you have nurtured for so long

isn’t healthy anymore.

You must realize that you have to let go now

before it consumes you and your sanity.

There is always a time to think

and stop time to be sensible

and not allow our hearts

to rule over our heads.
